Ramp Up Pawnee!

Pawnee's Senior Citizens have wheeled around far too long with no place to go. If I am elected, I pledge to put a ramp wherever there is a staircase. And, yes, that includes finally putting a ramp at the ironically inaccessible entrance to the Pawnee Physical Rehabilitation Center. For those out there who aren't in wheelchairs, don't tell me you wouldn't occasionally enjoy walking up a ramp instead of a staircase. We all deserve that option. I want to give you that option. It's time to ramp up!
